• Is it difficult to install a tire with the system? Tire installation is just as simple as a TUbliss system, if not even simpler. Put the wheel inside the tire and spoon each bead. This is made easy as the only thing in the drop center of the rim are the 6mm bolts directly in the center, so the tire spoons on like nothing is there. Then simple tighten the bead locks.
• Will adding 7 holes to the rim weaken it? If this was the case, the two existing holes in the rim from the manufacturer would be known weak points as well. A few years of rigorous testing by riders around the globe has shown these are not stress points. Cracks typically appear at the spokes themselves. The system also acts as a full circumference, insulated, forged alloy doubler strengthening the entire rim.
• Will the system add excess weight? The 18-icn rear is 2.5lb and the 21-inch front is 1.9lb. This is a few ounces heavier than the TUbliss system and still lighter than any HD tube or mousse.
• Will my wheel be unbalanced? Each bead lock section is within a few grams of each other so it near perfectly balanced. Top riders notice and have commented on how balanced the system feels.
